“Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good.” – Genesis 1:31

2021 Marks the 50th Anniversary of Resurrection!
As a parish, we have so much to be grateful for and a lot to look forward to. In 2021, we will reflect on our past history, continue to strengthen our community bonds, and aspire to grow the Orthodox Faith for the future. Our plans for 2021 include celebrating our past and our future with parishioners and the larger community – virtually and together in person, when it is safe to do so.

Each month, we will be highlighting our 50 year history. If you have any photos from past events please email Karen Ries at karies@pacbell.net. And, stay tuned for more details as we plan our 50th Anniversary celebration for late 2021!
I saw a picture of our planned new church in the 2021 January monthly bulletin. Love it, very nice. Just have one remark, the church dome looks rather small to me in relation to the rest of the roof. Seems it could be a little larger to empathize Greek style artitecture.

Hello, Marguerite. Thanks for your comment. The pictures shared of our future church are renditions from our architects and are only conceptual at this time. Once we move into the building phase, we will have several town hall meetings for parishioners to learn more about the project and voice their comments/concerns. If you have questions, please contact our Steering Committee Co-Chairmen, George Psefteas and Fawaz Khanachet.
Take Care and God Bless!
