Leave Your Coat at Home – Divine Services Are Now Celebrated Indoors!

Glory be to God – Great news! The United States Supreme Court ruled last Friday that California cannot enforce its ban on indoor worship services. As a result, the State updated its guidance for indoor worship to be 25% of building capacity. This means we are reopening our beloved Resurrection for indoor, in-person worship beginning Sunday, February 14 (but seriously, you may still want to dress warm)!

Register to Attend
Our Parish Council Reopening Readiness team has determined that we are able to safely accommodate seating for up to 58 people – socially distanced – in the sanctuary for Sunday Services. Advance registration will continue to be necessary before coming to church, using the same process that’s been in place for outdoor, in-person worship. Visit the Resurrection website and click on the “Services Sign Up” tab at the top of the page to register (or, just click here). You’ll receive an email confirming your reservation three days before the service. Registration closes each Saturday at noon for the following Sunday service.

Your Safety is Our Top Priority
Safe Practices Guidelines have been put in place to support a safe, clean environment for church employees, volunteers, parishioners, and visitors; however, if you are uncomfortable worshipping indoors at this time, please continue to join us for Divine Services remotely. We will continue to live-stream all Divine Services on our Resurrection YouTube channel and Facebook page.

If you have any questions or concerns, please review our Frequently Asked Questions or use the Parish Council “Ask Us Anything” portal and we will get back to you in a timely fashion.
